Hours of Operation
All buildings are closed to the public on Sundays, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas and New Year's Holidays. In the event of inclement weather or other issues, we follow the Federal Government operating status.
The White House History Shop
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except Federal Holidays; Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from Thanksgiving through Christmas Eve; Closed Christmas Day through January 3rd
The White House Visitor Center Flagship Store
- Hours: Monday-Sunday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day
