Ysela Coreas
Customer Service Specialist
Ysela joined the Association in November 2021 as the Customer Service Specialist. She is a native of Maryland and is a graduate of High Point High School. She worked previously in a local MD fulfillment center as a customer service representative for the Association and a Administrative Assistant. Ysela has serviced in customer service for local businesses since 2018. As she meets and connects with people who are associated with the White House and federal government agencies in Washington D.C., she enjoys her ability to partake in White House events and put critical thinking to the test to meet customer and client needs for a satisfactory customer experience.
