Rose Carter co-founded Global Wireless Solutions, Inc. Prior to this endeavor she worked as an architect. Currently, she is an advisor and mentor to several early stage startups, foundations, and funds. Rose is a co-founding member of the WE Capital Fund, an Investment Committee advisor to the Halcyon Incubator Fund, and senior Advisor to Early Light Venture Fund. Rose is also President of the Paul and Rose Carter Foundation.
