Noelle joined the Association in January of 2023 as Director of Development. Prior to this, Noelle worked at the White House, traveling with Vice President Mike Pence and Second Lady Karen Pence to over 100 domestic and international trips as the Senior Trip Coordinator. In this role, Noelle planned and executed international summits, personal travel, and events hosted at the Vice President’s Residence located at the Naval Observatory in Washington, D.C. Noelle also worked for the 70^th Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, as he successfully launched his PAC in 2021. Noelle is a native of Florida and graduated from the University of Florida. In December 2022, she completed her Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management from Georgetown University.
