Jocelyn joined The White House Historical Association in March 2022 as the Database Manager, bringing years of experience working with local, state, regional, and national nonprofits. She is a native of Virginia and holds a Bachelor of Communications degree from James Madison University. In coming to DC, she discovered Women Who Code and decided to get a Data Analytics certification from George Washington University.
