Originally from Aruba, Fazal relocated to Pittsburgh in 2005. Prior to moving to Pittsburgh, he was Director of Rooms for the Aruba Grand Beach Resort and Casino, and then the RIU Palace Aruba. After his move to Pittsburgh, Fazal worked for the Renaissance Pittsburgh Hotel as their Front Office Manager. He later accepted a new role with the National 4-H Conference Center in Chevy Chase, MD. Fazal and his family relocated to Washington in 2009. In his new role with 4-H, he started out as the Front Office Manager for the National 4-H Conference Center, and then moved on to become Director of Rooms and then Operations Manager, before ending his 12-year tenure with 4-H in 2021. Fazal then accepted a new role with The White House Historical Association in December 2021 as the Administrative Officer and eight months later he moved into the role of Director of Operations. A graduate of Abraham de Veer School HS in Aruba, Fazal also holds an Associate degree in Hospitality Management. He’s married to a Pittsburgh native and has three children.
